I was very impressed with the queen room here and the super friendly and accommodating staff at the reception desk.

Its staff are really kind.

The location was perfect and great, close enough to the nearest F train station, and Times Square, in a crowded area. We took a double room with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk, it was relaxing.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and stylish with spacious bathrooms.

The location of the hotel was residential, next to Queens, the subway and airport. It also was near transportation hub.

The room was functional and modern, included very good WiFi and a new carpet. It was with a bathtub.

Great location close to OF JAMAICA, the airport, and restaurants. Courteous and helpful employees at the main reception desk. - the attached restaurant serves delicious food. - Highly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay in this place. Every detail was perfect, especially location and stuff. The room was neat, featured climate control, flat-screen TV and a microwave. It was neat, we where very pleased, met excellant and knowledgeable staff at the main reception desk.

We felt very welcomed. The staff were very friendly, helpful. Excellent shuttlte service, van in good condition. The airport pick up reflected the high standard of sleep inn and gave a good impression before we even arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and pillows. Slept well, felt safe. We were allowed to check in immediately upon arrival, which was 2pm. The building was generally clean , in good condition, being under a year old was nice to know and this helped in my decision to choose sleep inn. Bathroom was clean, it was nice having a microwave and fridge. The gym was good, the 3 pieces of equipment include a tread mill, and we had assistance with repair to one of the machines very promptly. The continental breakfast was very nice and satisfying, enjoyed the cereals, juices, waffles, fruit, bagels and muffins. A good start to the day.

There was a lot of black dust in the room, this was probably as a result of the window and screen not able to be closed properly and room 112 backs out onto the corner of Liberty and 177. Therefore street noise was louder and there was a towel wedged under the window to fill the gap. The control dial on the aircon/heater was not working. We had to stand on the chair to reach the control directly. There was no TV remote in the room on arrival, but we obtained one from the desk. There was no sign on the door handle to let the cleaners know we did not want to be disturbed, however we saw that one was placed during the checkout clean. During our 8 night stay, we noticed cigarette smell coming through the air vent in the bathroom on 3 separate occasions and informed the front desk.

The hotel has a convenient location close to subways heading into the City. It is near a restaurant, movie theater, and offers drop off at the airport.

The customer service was good, they were very informative. With great attitudes, greeting was nice. The hotel was extremely nice for the type of room and especialy for the price. The room design was chic yet relaxing. Maybe they can make the breakfast better. But overall my stay waas fantastic. Will be back again.

Jfk airport is 5 miles away from jfk, it has airport transfers to/fr jfk. It has good and efficient staff. It has new and clean rooms. Near the airport. Free breakfast. Has elevators, tv, airconditioning and wifi is fast inside the rooms.

Check with the hotel for shuttle service for 12mn-5am arrival and departure times as during these times, shuttle may not be available. Make sure you get the name of the hotel shuttle correctly before boarding the shuttle as it causes confusion, too many jfk hotel, Inns within the area as airport hotel.
